Terms and Conditions for La Tardiviere

Payment

1.1 The booking will only be confirmed on receipt of a completed, signed booking form and a 25% deposit which is due within 10 days of a verbal / e-mailed booking. The balance must be paid not later then two months before the start of the holiday. Failure to do so will constitute cancellation of the holiday.
1.2 A £100.00 returnable security deposit, payable with the final balance is required against breakages, damages and extra cleaning requirements.


Cancellation or Alteration

2.1 Number of days before start of holiday that notice of cancellation is received Amount payable as refund 
More than two months Deposit is non refundable, however no other charges will be made. 
Less than 2 months Nil – please check your holiday insurance covers cancellation.


Cancellation or alteration by us

3.1 In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the booking of the accommodation or advise of a major alteration to the same, we will refund, in full, all monies paid and be under no other liability.


Number of persons

4.1 The people who are to stay in the accommodation should be listed on the booking form, additional guests are at our discretion.


Arrival and departure

5.1 The normal time of occupation is from 4pm on the holiday start date, and the accommodation should be vacated by 10.00am on the last day.


Holidaymaker Responsibilities

6.1 The Accommodation and all furniture, fittings and effects, in or on the property should remain in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of the holiday. Final cleaning is included on the understanding that the property is left in good order (washing up done, dishwasher emptied, rubbish removed, sheets and blankets folded at the end of the bed etc) We will be entitled to make an additional charge if extra cleaning is necessary.
6.2 Should deliberate damage and anti-social behaviour occur, we can terminate the letting without any refund.
6.3 Please let us know any specific requirements at the time of booking.
6.4 Swimming pool safety instructions:
• The pool is used at your own risk and there are no life guards on duty
• Do not swim or go into the pool under the influence of alcohol
• Do not take breakable glasses into the pool area
• Always supervise children
6.5 No smoking indoors
6.6 No pets
